Shine Distillery & Grill is a restaurant, bar and distillery all-in-one located in the heart of the historic Williams district in Portland, Oregon.

Our spacious, modern distillery-pub offers a robust menu of affordable Pacific Northwest pub-fare, craft cocktails and a unique portfolio of hand-crafted small-batch spirits—vodka, gin, whiskey and agave. Visit our unique distillery-pub for tasting flights, tours and bottle sales, and come have dinner every Wednesday through Sunday – or host your next event with us! SHINE SPIRITS

Shine Spirits LLC is our in-house distillery producing a portfolio of small batch spirits you can purchase by the bottle at the Distillery, and throughout Oregon and Washington. We fired up our still and opened our doors the summer of 2019. Shine Distillery Hand sanitizer caught the attention of the world in the spring of 2020 as the first distillery to quickly pivot our business from alcohol production to producing and giving away hand sanitizer for their community. During the onset of the COVID19 pandemic people from around the world sought help and reached out to us. We shared process, recipe and resources for distillers and producers around the world while continuing to produce hand sanitizer for our own community. To date, we continue to produce hand sanitizer and donate to our local community.
