Pilot House Distilling, established in 2013, produces many award-winning craft vodkas, gins, whiskies, Northwest agave spirits, absinthe, and craft cocktails in a can. A little something for everyone. Our distillery is located in the heart of downtown Astoria, OR with a second tasting room located in a beautiful, historic neighborhood of Portland. Come sample “The Spirits of the Coast.”

Tasting Room and bottle shop

The Portland Tasting Room and Bottle Shop is open for tastings, on-site consumption of beer, wine, cider & bottles to go. We also have our specialty spirits which include our gins, whiskies, vodkas, canned cocktails, agave spirits, coffee liqueur, and mini bottles. Non-alcoholic options are available as well.
